N2 - A multiple regression model was utilized to examine whether or not job satisfaction of subordinates can be predicted by the organizational leadership ethical conduct. The study was conducted in a private hospital in Kuwait;it included one hundred and eighty one subjects, and took place between the months of May and July of 2008. Basedon the outcomes of the regression model, the level of job satisfaction was predicted by three types of ethicalconducts namely, caring, instrumental, and independence.
