Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of the demographics key variables including gender, age, years of experience, education level, and position type on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study was conducted in a private financial institution in the Kingdom of Bahrain. One hundred and fifty six subjects participated in this study. Results revealed that the level of job satisfaction and organizationalcommitment varied among those demographics key variables. Based on the results, implications and direction for further studies were made
